1. Introduction
Welcome to JUBECK TOURS. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and outline the agreement between you and JUBECK TOURS regarding your safari bookings. By booking a tour with us, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Booking and Payments
To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the tour commencement date. If the booking is made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required immediately.
All payments must be made in USD unless otherwise agreed upon. Any bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.
3. Alterations to the Itinerary
While every effort is made to adhere to the confirmed itinerary, JUBECK TOURS reserves the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, impassable roads, or wildlife movements. We will always aim to provide an alternative of equal or higher standard.
4. Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all clients traveling with JUBECK TOURS. Your insurance must cover medical emergencies, repatriation, trip cancellation, and loss of personal belongings. By booking with us, you confirm that you have obtained appropriate coverage.
5. Liability
JUBECK TOURS acts only as an agent in all matters relating to transport or accommodations. We cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity which may occur either by reason of defect in any vehicle or due to the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or carrying out the arrangements of the tour.
6. Health Requirements
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they meet all health and passport/visa requirements for travel to East Africa. Malaria prophylaxis and Yellow Fever vaccination (if traveling from an endemic country) are strongly recommended.
